“It was a tough game, not a high scoring game. Both teams were pretty determined to make it tough defensively for each other,” said Maya Moore post game. Minnesota will move to 2-0 on the season and will face the Seattle Storm in Minnesota on Thursday night. As for the Fever they will move to 0-2 on the season and will face the New York Liberty at New York on Tuesday night. “I think it’s going to take time with us all learning a new system, playing a lot faster than we have before. A lot of it’s going to take time,” said Marissa Coleman about the team adjusting to the  style of new Fever head coach Stephanie Smith. Hopefully the Fever can adjust sooner rather than later especially with the absence of starters in Catchings and Shavonte Zellous.
